7 truths or possible stereotypes of people at the gym

1. There are always at least three lifted pickups in the parking lot and always driven by the three shortest men in the gym.

2. Women over the age of 50 shouldn't wear tops that bare their arms and shoulders. It's not flattering.

3. High school kids that workout do so in packs of 3-5 so you have to stay one step ahead of them because they will be on a rack/bench/machine for 30 minutes.

4. There is always some guy who reeks of body odor so you need to maintain a safe distance.

5. Men that always wear sweatpants to work out in always skip leg day and have chicken legs and are embarrassed by them.

6. There is always some guy in his late 40's or early 50's that doesn't look to be in all that great of shape but is freakishly strong (old man strength).

7. The really hot chick in her 30's drives the $70k SUV in the parking lot. Has one kid, a nanny to watch the kid and doesn't have a job. That's how she maintains her hotness.
