Norfolk Southern is in the business of transporting often extremely dangerous chemicals by rail. That carries with it a lot of liability exposure on their end. When they **** up they should be nailed to a wall with penalties and fines and if there is criminal liability, those in the wrong should be convicted and sentenced.
I'm tired of Corporate America receiving the same treatment as citizens when it comes to the positives but being able to hide behind a corporate logo when they **** up.
