"peace talks". It is as if in the 1940's, we'd called for "peace talks" between Hitler and the Jews.
When someone has stated his intention to destroy you, as Putin has Ukraine, the only attainable peace is the peace of the grave.
The brave Ukranians invoke the legacy of Patrick Henry. "Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"
It is sad that so many Americans are so willing to surrender the liberty of other nations.
