1) evidently they don't have to notify communities when
they are carrying other stuff with toxic chemicals- that should be changed that any train carrying toxic chemicals they must notify communities
2)pneumatic brakes for ANY train carrying toxic chemicals
and evidently they need to look at maintainence issues.
burdensome regulations come about because many will
not do what they should voluntarily
