I have no idea what kind of teammate he is or how he is to coach, but we are a much better team when he is playing meaningful minutes. That simply can't be argued because of our record in such instances.

I don't particularly like how he at times appears a bit selfish, but the proof is in the pudding. He's a scorer. I wish your statement were correct, because I don't know how much we can count on him playing, but if he doesn't, we're not nearly as good.
