It's easy to spot a rocket launch from space and determine an inbound threat is headed our way.
Dicking around with "weather balloons" and allowing uncontested overflight sets a terrible precedent. It would be a perfect vehicle to detonate an EMP from 60,000 feet which would have devastating effects.
But go ahead and dismiss it, along with Dementia Joe's inaction.
