I wonder, cynic that I am how much scholarship money he will wind up paying given the quality of education in that school. How many will be accepted at any college anywhere, and how many would choose to go to college anyway?

His largesse is diminished by the fact that it assumes all of the kids will graduate and choose to go to college.

And by the way, if he gives one scholarship to one child of any race, good for him. But to suggest it is not racially inspired it's just silly.
