the result of the game isn't a big deal

the trajectory of the program (particularly the offense) is a big deal

if Cook would have played well and we won, it would have changed nothing about the long-term health of the program. In fact, it may have made it worse in the long run by giving the mirage that the current path (Cook and Drink running the offense) is the way forward

Please explain why this message is being reported.
