‘Road’ vs. ‘neutral’ can make a difference in quad

So not just a cosmetic distinction.

For example, a win over NET #60 is a Q1 win for a true road game but only a Q2 at a neutral site.

Q1 win = 4 points
Q2 win = 3 points
