He took over a winning team from the year before at App State and didn't mess it up. He has yet to have a winning season at MU. Deion took over a 4 win team, and was conference champion in year 2 and 3.. I like that resume better!

I could care less who was an OC or QB coach for a team they didn't call the shots on. Those were two of our weakest links this year!
