Worst discharge yesterday.

What he was found guilty of was taking or withholding property from another person. Thatb5he property had value, and that he intended to keep it.

This could have a package from home, it could have been money, it could have been military equipment that belonged to the other person.

What we know is that the Commander recommended a special court martial and not a General Court martial which is for the more serious offenses.

It may have changed but back the day the most you could get in a SCM is one year in confinement, forfeiture of pay, and a BCD.
