Most retirement accounts are tied to the S&P 500 on the stocks side. Almost all companies on the S&P have diversity commitments, show interracial couples on their commercials, i.e., adopted some form of woke policies (or at least claim to) to adapt to the new generation.
And if a company is part of the S&P, there's minimal risk with investing in it
