at trial that Trump was the prime mover in the scheme. They had to, to win the case.

They may charge him - they may not. But it would be/is strategically smart to try the corporate case first.

Prosecutor at trial: “This whole narrative that Trump was blissfully ignorant is just not real” and “Trump explicitly sanctioned tax fraud.”
