Who believes the story Mizzou didn’t want to play Kansas

I will vote yes for the reasons below.
1). Drink is in yet another season of going no where. Losing a really high profile game that will generate a TON of interest in the state would be bad for the program. I actually understand the thinking but look at this from the other standpoint you generate a lot more interest in the program because of the game.
2). Drink did the same thing in his first year… he backed out of a bowl game. I believe the team could have played but they would have lost. I think Drink wanted the season to end on a positive note being 5-5. The team didn’t look good at the end of the season.
3). Portal Loses: Why play Kansas now after portal losses lets play Kansas with our whole team during the regular season. Yeah I don’t disagree with the concept but again this game win or lose would have been something to spark the program and NIL interest.
The story of Kansas vs Mizzou is all over the web, even with MU denying the story its sticking. Mizzou looks like cowards. Now we’re going to a bowl no one will care about. Kansas vs. Mizzou would have been NATIONAL interest and HIGH in state interest. Mizzou blew it… even if you’re a denier you cant sit here and tell me Mizzou FOUGHT to play this game. Had Mizzou administration fought to play Kansas it would have happened.
WE BEAT ARKANSAS so don’t tell me Mizzou got bumped off playing Kansas because of Arkansas. GET OUT OF HERE.
Mizzou administration has disgraced the school, the program, and the fan base.
