the Senate as the newly elected senator from Pennsylvania, will he have special equipment at his desk that transcribes anything and everything said on the Senate floor?

After each sentence spoken by another senator, will that senator have to wait 10 or 15 seconds so stupid from Pennsylvania can read it and try to figure out what the hell he was talking about?

Will someone translate for him?
Will every senator get special equipment to communicate with the idiot?

There have always been really really stupid senators in that body, Patty Murray comes to mind, she was not given any special equipment, she just had to struggle along as best she could, humiliating herself at every spoken turn.

Will Federman be given extra assistance and will the 99 other senators have to lower their standards even further than they are now to allow the moron to catch up and keep up?
