Everything from touchdowns to turnovers has a value and after each game that value should be distributed to the players involved via an ombudsman who makes sure that recipients are happy with what they're getting and that everyone understands the incentives going into each game.
First NIL that gets this right won't have the kind of catastrophic let down they had at TN - at least not related to NIL, which I suspect is extremely feast or famine at this point.
