She knew she didn't have to and that her office would just find enough votes to elect her eventually.

The "Biden basement" election strategy has now been perfected by the dems.

Just hide and don't do anything disqualifying, then just prolong the counting until you know how many mail in ballots you need to win and just keep finding/counting them until you reach that number.
