the info he sees on TV channels of his choosing" as "facts" interchangeably and have for 20 years, at a minimum.

You do this with every topic - you watch TV, read Yahoo!, interpret things with your personal lens and then spit out what your brain then thinks of as "facts".

That's the essence of NPD.
