proof when she claims to be an eyewitness and is offering an eyewitness testimonial, which is accepted in courts of law every day the courts are open?

Were you there, such that YOU KNOW that she isn't giving eyewitness testimony.

Is her story honestly given and true? I have no idea. I know she sounds credible while you sound like a blowhard trying to disprove, with, very likely, zero evidence to back your assertion.
