If someone jumped into my truck and took off at say a gas station like seems to be common and I had my CCW would I unload it into my own truck into the criminal?
probably ... maybe shoot low .... but if he was going away I'd be the one going to jail.
Would I shoot at the tires or gas tank? probably not good ideas but in the heat of the moment ...
If he's trying to run me down well that's a different story
