It was for Americans. Most of the remaining users of this board get their information from Russia or very suspect bizarre alternative sites. Nobody is trying to reach, and certainly not persuade, this demographic. It’s been written off as a lost cause and irrelevant.

Regardless of whether someone thinks Trump is almost entirely to blame or only mostly to blame, if you start from the position that it was no big deal you aren’t a serious person and your perspective doesn’t matter to legitimate people.
