I don't know.

There is evidence that is compelling and worthy of more investigation. (Kind of like The Great White Hunter and influence peddling).

But you are only occasionally in favor of more investigation in the face of solid evidence of criminality or corruption.

Evidence is not proof.

There is evidence. And if i had to bet right now, i'd say he's correct.

But i am not ready to vote "guilty" at this time.
