Yes. It's mostly to free those convicted of possession of the encumbrance of that conviction but there are a few people still in the federal prison system on marijuana convictions (<150). That doesn't change the intent of my post. It's crazy that anyone is in any state prison for marijuana possession alone. The number may be small and Biden has called upon governor's in states where marijuana possession is still illegal for pardons.
