the Dahmer case he posted earlier. But to pretend that unions do not exist in private companies is just silly. If he were a union worker for a security firm and did the same thing he would likely still be employed.

The one thing that somewhat validates your point is the fact that the huge check she will receive from this will have no impact because public sector money is not treated as real money. If a company has to write a check that big they will probably put checks in place to assure that it does not happen again.
