Two out of the three Circuit Judges were Trump appointees and they agreed that unless there was proof the documents were "declassified" (and there's not nor has Trump's defense team provided evidence of such) then they can't review the documents because they don't have clearance.
The subject matter of the documents is irrelevant to the extent that it comprises classified information not fit for public consumption. It's relevant to the extent that they are not attorney-client privileged (a laughable defense) nor do Trump's attorneys have any right to review the documents while the investigation is ongoing, as they don't have the proper clearance.
Trump himself has admitted they were classified by (stupidly) repeating in the media that he declassified them (most recently by suggesting to Sean Hannity that he could just "think" that they were declassified and that would make them so).
This is only further proof of just what a pathetic POS you are in that you think because Trump took classified documents that the subject of those documents should be released, which is illogical and, by the way, completely unpatriotic.
Classified documents are classified for a reason. Trump wants to make this relatively straightforward case, as usual, into a giant muddy puddle of ****. That's because he has no decent defense.
**** him. You don't get to break the law and then try to change the law in favor of your defense against breaking the law.
