No, I haven't, and I don't believe that verse commands me to. But it does command me to do what I can to help those within my circle of life and influence, and I try to do that. So, for example, the verse commands the governors of Florida and Texas to do what they can to help those within their circle of life and influence, and it seems to me unlikely that sending their poor and needy to Martha's Vineyard without any prior planning or arrangement for accommodations probably doesn't get that done.
