Tollison's really struggling now, but holds potential - they should get him out of the C position.

I think Drink went all in on Horn - that's why Berk left (certainly not fear of getting beat out by the likes of Cook.) If Horn isn't ready to go with a couple weeks left in the season, Drink's fugged - he'll get another year, but with Horn not focusing on football and Johnson coming in as a true frosh, the QB position is unlikely to be any better a year from now.
