him if we were not in the situation we were in 2015. He didn't have enough experience. Look at the resumes of SEC hires, most of them have multiple tenures at P5 programs often including other successful SEC schools, and sometimes pro experience as well. Barry had time at Mizzou and Memphis. Drinkwitz has a thin resume as well.
The problem is, those other guys don't want to come to Mizzou. They are working towards better options.
