unlivable by the day. It now has the same leftistsocialist hold on political power that the city has had for decades.

Whenever you hear someone say that government is a tool for change, it means the speaker wants increased power and control over what the individual can, cannot and equally important MUST do under penalty of the laws they create that benefit themselves above all.

The further away you can put yourself from centralized political power and control the better your life will be.
