they have purveyed in general. That is not a rejection of an article out of hand, such that I won't even read what they have to say in the context of a political discussion.

In fact, that link was a response to another person refusing to accept facts presented by a source that disagrees with them. I was pointing out the fact that their preferred sources have their own significant problems.
