I'd cut back the price by 25%. Basic economics tells you that if you have to offer super discounted seats anyway, your overall price is too high.
I'd also not force people into getting digital tickets. I would pay an extra $25 for the fancy card stock which doubles as a souvenir. People are still showing off their paper tickets 30 years later as a prize possession. Sports teams have made a mistake by forcing everyone to go digital. Great as an option, but not as a mandate.
I'd also bring back programs. Again, not a big deal to some, but it's yet another disincentive to go to the games.
Finally, allow cash transactions throughout the stadium. You shouldn't turn someone away who wants to pay for their beer with a $10 bill.
Of course, winning is the ultimate cure and 2015 had a lot to do with the downturn as some fans just won't come back, not when every game is on TV and the team has been average.
But, every little thing matters - and they've made some of the little things really, really annoying.
