And no I'm more inclined to believe garland because of the stakes for the DOJ and FBI. The consequences of them being wrong on this far outweighs anything else I can think of. This will literally be the end of the DOJ and FBI.... should they be wrong.

I, personally, don't think they're wrong because they know the repercussions.

Also Garlands fight really isn't with Trump, but rather McConnell, he was the one that stopped him from ascending to SCOTUS, not Trump.
