then I am of raiding the home of the likely candidate to run against the current president.
Past presidents are private citizens and while it is tawdry, political, scummy and typical of the left in this country, if an ex president broke the law and there is justifiable (not Judy Garland type justifiable) evidence to support that, then a raid on the former president's house may be justified.
It's not here in this case, but hypothetically.
The big problem as I see it is the Marxists wanting to stop a likely opponent of whispering Joe Biden in the next election. THAT is more Banana Republic than raiding the home of an ex president, as disgusting and over the top as that is.
