in particular anything political people and parties want, because ultimately they want the rights of the individual suborned to the state and the people who control said state.
I could not care less about race or anything related to it. It is a form of control to whoever wields it in whatever argument or, in your case, aspersion you are casting on people who disagree with you.
The people who put Jim Crow laws in place, using the force of government for their ends, are no worse than the modern political forces who would divide you up into ever more manageable demographic groups, generate conflict between them and drive policy and legal regimes to get whatever it is they are striving for in their attempt to control government and ultimately you.
It is all wrong and designed to most certainly not let people mind their own business and live life as they see fit.
