MU self sanctioned and put itself on probation. It conducted a multiyear investigation and uncovered a single violation that pertained to recruiting. A booster in Georgia was found to have multiple impermissible recruiting contacts with Ahmed Hill from Augusta, Ga who was an AAU teammate of Jakeenan Gant. The booster and Tim Fuller attended a private workout at Hill's high school and the booster later talked to Hill three times. Hill ended up signing with Virginia Tech. This was deemed a level III violation in the NCAA report after we self reported.
There are no other recruiting violations, or even recruiting violation allegations that went unproven, stemming from the Haith era at MU. If you are aware of anything tangible or specific rather than random generalizations I would be interested to learn those details.
