Much of what isn't syphoned off by corrupt Ukrainian government officials (I know, I know this is redundant) onto the black market is destroyed by Russian artillery and missile strikes before it can reach the front. UKR officers have even sold HIMARS, M-777 Howitzers and other military equipment to Russians at the front. It is a scandal that goes largely unreported in Western msm. This should not surprise, as Ukrainian officials have routinely welcomed opportunities to share kickbacks of Western financial aid with Western political leaders, as in the Hunter Biden affair.
As UKR units retreat from their fighting positions and/or surrender they often post videos complaining that necessary weapons, ammo and other material support never reached them along the line of contact. If you can't find them on YouTube before the censors block them, you can fand many examples on Rumble.
