So interesting call the other day. A good friend of mine is a PI guy (referral source) and he was talking about a search software that is investigator (retired BATFE investigator) uses to find witnesses / evidence / for surveillance.
Basically, if you have maybe 10 details, you put that information in the algorithm and it can comb national databases from 1,000 sources, most importantly, from Twitter, Facebook Insta. Any of the social media. If you have a search radius it's much more accurate because it can pull IP addresses and that kind of thing.
Expensive (costly susbscription for the investigator) but not that bad.
