I'm no Paul Pelosi fan and what's right is right, and he should be held accountable like any other person with a DWI/DUI.
Most of what Tucker brought up is way overblown in my experience.
The one thing that did raise my eyebrow was how long it took for law enforcement to measure his BAC - I think it was almost two hours. Indicates maybe (not definitively but maybe) they were trying to see if they could wait out the clock so they could get under 0.08%.
It is weird I guess that the original judge stepped down and maybe weirder that the "new judge" (it wasn't made clear whether this was a judge appointed for this case only, or a new judge in general?) took this case.
Not a problem that the judge took a campaign contribution from a DA, IMO, because (a) it was minimal, and (b) if anything that would make the judge beholden to the prosecution, not the defense.
