It will be the coolness factory, maybe a flashy coach or systems or jerseys, even location or who you are willing to play to get on TV.

K-State has a decent overall program but they are from the midwest, with small population and localized fan base, and they don't take on a ton of big boys or have a decent TV contract. That's why they aren't 30 spots higher
