20/21 wasn't much over .500. She has local ties (St. Louis area). She led Minnesota to 4 NCAA appearances in nine years, and that's a lot better than we've seen in the recent past.
I have not read much about recruiting success (or lack thereof). I would hope her local ties to the St. Louis programs would allow her to pick up some of the talent on very highly rated junior programs such as Scott Gallagher and Lou Fusz. One or two of those programs won National titles in 2022 Summer tournaments.
There are also good programs in the KC area as well.
Start at home and add as necessary to be competitive with other SEC programs.
