Ari Melber and those incredible dumb looks he gets on his face, constantly nodding, opening eyes wide for no reason, shaking his head up and down, left and right, etc.

One reason I no longer watch Tucker C is that different but still dumb look he gets when someone else is talking, like he can't believe or doesn't understand it.
