Lerner appeared and invoked her 5th Amendment rights; Holder was subject to executive privilege.

The convict Bannon did not appear, did not plead the 5th (his pardon would have provided protection for the crimes that he committed surrounding the 1/6 riot), and was not granted executive privilege by President Biden.
