That's why we have quarterly mandatory training classes.

The last one was centered around "Are you an ally or an imposter?" It was focused on those who only do the bare minimum for check marks on performance review sections regarding LGBT. It laid out expectations that people become more educated to become an ally.

Literally telling people how they need to think or feel. But those who are "cis" gendered should feel ashamed of their privilege.
