In rare cases the parents have to chose what genatalia to keep. XXY can have a nonfunctional penis and grow breasts in puberty.Some have a functional one.

Many people consider transgender surgery but this conversion isn't a fast process. Those who do have a high suicide rate because it doesn't fix them. They are still themselves.It's like geographical cure. You move to feel better and don't.
