That's not f*cking "NIL", it's pay-for-play.
NIL is fair-value compensation for a player's name/image/likeness, paid for by a profit-oriented business seeking to promote one of their products or services.
In this case, a university is simply arranging pay for play.
It's a farce and *everyone* knows it.
