I miss the 1980s

Reagan, leftism in retreat, people liked their country again, music hadn’t yet started its decline, big movie heroes that hadn’t gotten too weird yet, Maverick/Magnum/Macgyver/Malone/Fonzie ….. college sports was supremely better….Cards & Royals mattered …. WW2 Gen still around….weird sexual behavior hadn’t suffocated the culture ….. Kids still did active stuff….No social media …… I was playing sports, getting grades, had a solid girlfriend. Went from 10 to 20 in that decade. Wonder Years.
