I think the reason for the recruiting lull is just the natural ebbs and flows of it, as well as an increased emphasis on the transfer portal. It ain't Drink forgot how to recruit, nor is it we're just getting outbid for players who otherwise would have come to Mizzou.

I think we'll end up with a good (top 30) class when it's all said and done, but the freaking out by both sides ("Drink sucks") and ("Drink is awesome, NIL is just killing him") is stupid.
