if I was the remaining PAC 12 I'd refuse to play them and let all their non revenue sports drain their resources. They'd have to play Colorado St, SDSU and Boise in everything or travel halfway across the country to do anything.
The Pac12 mismanaged their TV contracts but they still have a very viable conference, with their own time zone and a ton of population. They just need better management this time around.
