Chevron deference to Executive Branch agencies?
The only mention of the Chevron precedence is a law review, and who the hell on the Supreme Court cites a law review (which is edited by law students, not attorneys)? Only Justice Kagan refers to Chevron in past assessment of the Doctrine and she soundly criticizes the majority's approach.
The majority have shown themselves to be amateur jurists.
