hang on some crutches. Takes a little while to get used to using a back and forth combo of arm strength and putting the pressure on your shoulder but it works the same.
Usually can get straightened out in maybe a couple 3-5 minute sessions but haven't had to do it in over a year so...
If you need to hang upside down for like a half hour a day then good luck sticking your eyeballs back in yer head
I used to do dips with a lot of weight when I was younger and I bet that would work too
